The ministry also launched the instant calculation service for establishments, for 2 months from the launching, in order to stimulate and support the establishments in coinciding with the start of the second phase.

The MHRSD had earlier started applying the first phase of the program on all private sector establishments on the Dec. 1, 2021.

This comes in line with the localization decisions, and the Ministry's plan in increasing the opportunities of Saudis participation, in addition to strengthening the private sector establishments' stability.

The updated Nitaqat program is considered as one of the most important pillars and initiatives of the strategic transformation, which aims in improving the performance of the labor market, providing suitable job opportunities, and a secure and attractive work environment for Saudis.

MHRSD said that the program offers many main advantages, represented by a clear and transparent localization plan for a period of 3 years, in order to raise the organizational stability in the private sector.
