In line with its longstanding commitment in providing the best customer experience to its growing presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Alghanim Industries (Kutayba Alghanim Group), one of the largest private companies in the region, opened two new stores in the Kingdom in Dammam and Jeddah.
With these two additions to the existing strong network of 8 stores in Riyadh and one in Makkah, the region’s most prolific tech retailer has now 11 stores in the Kingdom. There are plans for further expansion of Xcite stores during the year alongside many other Alghanim businesses in the Kingdom.

The grand openings for the stores were attended by representatives from high level officials from city chamber, senior executives from Alghanim industries local press, influencers and large numbers of enthusiastic customers.

Xcite provides a stellar experience to a variety of customers, accommodating the many tastes in technology and electronics consumption.

The Xcite stores function as interactive galleries with a wide collection of mobile phones, smart watches, laptops and tablets, videogame consoles and their accessories, small and large home appliances alongside many international brands offering the best electronic home solutions.

The Xcite experience then continues with a menu of purchase options as customers have multiple credit options and several warranty tiers to enjoy, depending on their personal needs. All of Xcite’s professionals are informed specialists, guiding customers throughout their shopping experience regardless of the device they decide to enjoy.

Alghanim Industries carries over a customer-first approach as the center of all its functions throughout all its businesses, all of which has yielded a favorable reception by the many regions within the kingdom.
