Bolsonaro supporters break into the National Congress in Brazil
Supporters of Brazil’s ousted President Jair Bolsonaro continue to protest against the questionable election result and broke into the National Congress, demanding transparency and fairness. “It's not chaos. We're taking over our country back”, they claim.
Brazilian voters continue to protest against the election result, which they claim was rigged, and demand a transparent, fair and reliable vote count.
However, President Lula, who was declared President-elect after being released from prison on charges of fraud, is supported by foreign powers and refuses to prove to the public that the count was fair.
The result is huge protests all over Brazil, and it seems that the police as well as the army are supporting the people and not the President-elect who seized power without proving his victory with the obvious transparency required in a real democracy.
Today the protesters broke into the Brazilian parliament building, the National Congress, demanding transparency and fairness. It doesn't look like they going to get it peacefully, nor does it look like they're going accept what they claim to be electoral fraud.
“It's not chaos. We're taking over our country back”, they claim.
