At the beginning of the meeting, Lieutenant-General Al Bassami conveyed greetings from His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, to the attendees. He emphasized that the meeting aims to continue the coordination and integration between the security and military agencies involved in providing security services to the guests of the Most Merciful, and to cooperate in Hajj operations and tasks to ensure the security and safety of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah during this year's Hajj season of 1445 AH.

The participants reviewed the latest developments in the plans of the security sectors involved in the Holy Capital, the sacred sites, and Medina. They discussed preventive plans and emergency plans that ensure the provision of security and peace of mind for the guests of the Most Merciful as they perform their rituals.
