Eastern Province Deputy Governor Visits Saudi Aramco

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, made an official visit to Saudi Aramco on Thursday.
During his visit, His Highness reviewed the company's programs, operations, and achievements in the oil and gas industry both nationally and globally, along with its significant contributions to community service. He also met with the national workforce within the company, comprising young men and women from the nation, and appreciated their efforts in fulfilling the leadership's aspirations (may God protect them) and achieving industrial, economic, and social development in our beloved country in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

His Highness the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province praised the wise leadership's (may God protect them) support for the development of specialized human capital in the energy sector, appreciating the advanced technical facilities he saw during his visit, managed by qualified national personnel.

Upon his arrival at the company's headquarters in Dhahran, His Highness was received by Saudi Aramco's President and CEO, Engineer Amin bin Hassan Al-Nasser, where he visited the Oil Supply Planning and Scheduling Center in Dhahran. He was briefed on the center's operational mechanisms, which is responsible for monitoring the supply of hydrocarbon materials through a network of industrial facilities and infrastructure, ensuring every part of the company's supply network operates smoothly and effectively 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Afterward, His Highness visited the Innovation Center and listened to explanations about the center's divisions and the latest technologies in drilling, production, and reservoir management, including artificial intelligence technologies. These technologies are instrumental in enhancing crude oil and gas extraction, as well as in the sustainable development and conservation of reservoirs.

His visit concluded with a tour of the King Abdulaziz World Cultural Center "Ithra," where he learned about the center's contributions to the community and its support for knowledge and thought in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and other areas.
