The ministry made its clarification while responding to an enquiry from someone asking about the reason why all the Hajj packages did not appear to him when looking at the options to make a reservation.

With regards to the reservation status, the Ministry said that the applicant can check the reservation status when applying for Hajj through its website or Nusuk app.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry has decided to do away with the Etamarna app and to extend all pilgrim-related services via the Nusuk app.

The Ministry said its decision to drop the Etamarna app was in order to facilitate registration procedures for the pilgrims.
