King Hamad: Bahrain stands aligned with Saudi Arabia

Bahrain' King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa arrived on Wednesday in Saudi Arabia on an official visit.
King Hamad was welcomed upon his arrival in Riyadh by Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense.

The Bahraini King has expressed his pleasure after meeting with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman soon on arrival.

King Hamad held talks with King Salman on the historic relations between the two kingdoms, the situation in the region and on the latest regional and international developments.

“The Kingdom of Bahrain always stands in one line and one trench with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, due to its belief in the goal and destiny, and unity,” King Hamad said.Saudi Arabia is the mainstay of the region's security and stability, King Hamad affirmed, noting that it is also considered the region's safety valve in the face of the risks and threats it is exposed to.

The King Hamad congratulated King Salman and the Crown Prince on the occasion of the Founding Day, as he praised Saudi Arabia’s pioneering developmental achievements.

He also lauded Saudi Arabia’s continuous developments in various sectors.

“The Kingdom enjoys its distinguished position in the international community, through which it has earned the respect and appreciation of all,” King Hamad confirmed.

During their meeting, King Salman and King Hamad discussed developments in the region, in continuation of coordination for the two countries and peoples prosperity.

King Hamad renewed his appreciation for King Salman's efforts in serving Gulf, Arab and Islamic issues, as well as praising the Kingdom's strategic role at the regional and international levels in order to ensure a better future for the peoples of the world.

The Bahraini King wished Saudi Arabia and its people continued progress, security, stability and prosperity under the wise leadership of King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman.
