The Ministry's reminder coincides with its observations of certain nonprofit organizations using children in marketing communications for Ramadan donation campaigns, as well as other marketing initiatives. Moreover, recent violations have been noted involving the exploitation of children for commercial purposes, which contradict the Child Protection Act and its Executive Regulations. Thus, the Ministry emphasizes that it will take legal action according to Article 3 of the Child Protection Act.
