Misk launches 4th edition of 'Leaders 2030' program

Mohammed bin Salman Foundation Misk launched on Thursday the fourth edition of the "Leaders 2030" program, which seeks to prepare distinguished leaders who have an insightful vision and the ability to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs.
Misk Foundation welcomed the members of the 4th batch participating in the program, which includes 90 male and female CEOs and heads of departments from various public, private, and non-profit sectors. Present on the occasion were several leading personalities, including the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misk Foundation, Dr. Ghassan Al-Shibl, President of Saudi Aramco, Eng. Amin Al-Nasser, a group of graduates of the "2030 Leaders" program from the second and third batches, and several leaders and executives.

CEO of Programs Eng. Omar Najjar delivered an opening speech in which he indicated that the "Leaders 2030" program adopts the latest and most important management and leadership skills and tools at the international level, and seeks to build a vibrant and strong community that will lay the foundations for cooperation and concerted efforts to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The 2030 Leaders Program is one of Misk Foundation’s most important programs, aiming to develop and refine the skills of Saudi leaders who occupy leadership positions in the Kingdom from various sectors, enabling them to face the challenges and seize the opportunities that the Kingdom is witnessing, and achieving the transformational and development goals that would contribute to moving the Kingdom toward strengthening its position on the global arena in various fields.

The 2030 Leaders program provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge toward raising the level of contribution to achieving the goals and programs of the Kingdom’s ambitious vision for the year 2030, by undergoing an intensive training journey that is organized in five training stages: awareness, discovery, building, growth, and development, so that the participants engage in qualitative training and adopt different thinking styles in dealing with challenges to adapt to changing situations. The training program will enable leaders to achieve intellectual and behavioral flexibility to employ creative ideas, within the framework of the concept of effective leadership and solving problems in a broader creative scope.

The fourth edition of the "Leaders 2030" program is organized, after the successful march of the previous batches, which saw the graduation of 180 male and female leaders, within the framework of achieving one of the objectives of "Misk" Foundation in empowering 2000 male and female leaders by 2030.
