Upon his arrival at the Grand Holy Mosque, he was received by several officials at the General Presidency of the Affairs for the Grand Holy Mosque and Prophet's Holy Mosque and the Special Forces of Security for the Grand Holy Mosque.

It is worth mentioning that the Crown Prince and Pakistani Prime Minister held a meeting on Friday, during which Prince Mohammed welcomed Sherif in the Kingdom, as his visit to the Kingdom considered his maiden foreign trip after being sworn in as prime minister of Pakistan.

During the meeting, they reviewed the fraternal and historical relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. They also discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation and promising opportunities as well as the ways of developing them in various fields.
