RCU launches tourism, recreational permit and license portal
The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) has announced the launch of a portal for obtaining tourism and recreational permits and licenses.
This came in order to provide services for AlUla and develop the governorate’s operations and automating the procedures.
RCU clarified that launching the portal comes after the granting of permits for tourism and recreational activities has been transferred to it, after the approval of the authority to organize, including organizing different activities such as travel and tourism agencies, tourist accommodation facilities, organizing the tourist trips, in addition to the management of tourist accommodation facilities.
It has called everyone to visit the e-services portal to submit for obtaining the tourism and recreational permits.
The authority praised the unlimited support, which AlUla Governorate enjoys. The AlUla vision which is in line with Saudi Arabia's vision 2030, aims to highlight the cultural sides and historical sites to strengthen the Kingdom's position to become among the world's tourist, cultural, artistic and heritage destinations.
