Shomoul Holding Company participates in MAPIC International Exhibition through its major regional projects

Taking steady steps in the path towards progress and leadership in real estate development, Shomoul Holding Company is participating in the "MAPIC" International Exhibition for Commercial Real Estate Projects with an integrated pavilion to showcase its most notable projects in the retail sector from November 29th to December 1st at the Palais des festivals in Cannes, France.
"Shomoul Holding Company" expressed pleasure in participating in the exhibition, saying: "MAPIC is an essential annual event for real estate and commercial projects. We seek to meet the major players in the retail sector to build new long-term business relationships by showcasing our unique and innovative real-estate projects and introducing the world to our accomplishments in project development and our strategic vision.”

Shomoul Holding is a real estate developer of two major projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These projects are characterized by tremendous economic and urban value and are unique in their presence to become a cultural hub in the whole region. Shomoul Holding aspires to make these projects distinctive tourist destinations that enhance the quality of life, generate and diversify job opportunities, and provide opportunities to retailers and consumers to expand far and beyond through their projects.

During the MAPIC exhibition, Shomoul Holding will showcase its most prominent projects: The Avenues - Riyadh and The Avenues - Khobar, which were inspired by the success of The Avenues – Kuwait with its unique, modern, and trendy design.

Mabanee, the owner of The Avenues brand (The Avenues - Kuwait and The Avenues – Bahrain), owns a 60% share in Shomoul Holding. Shomoul Holding had the ground breaking ceremony of The Avenues - Riyadh project earlier this year, which is set to be the ideal commercial, entertainment & tourisim destination in the region. Alongside The Avenues - Riyadh, Shomoul Holding is also developing The Avenues - Khobar project, ensuring the significance of the role of the retail, hospitality, and tourism industries in boosting the Kingdom's economic growth.
