The head of Epidemiology of the Minsa, Leonardo Labrador, and the regional head of Public Health, Ana Lorena Chang, are part of the company's board of directors.
The National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information ( Antai ) of Panama requested through its Twitter account the separation of officials from the Ministry of Health (
Minsa ) linked to a possible conflict of interest.
The Antai also pointed out that an ex officio investigation has already begun on this case, which is linked to the Board of Directors of the company that makes swabs for those who travel to the islands and said that proceedings will be carried out this Thursday.

Cedeño, had confirmed that the head of Epidemiology of the
Minsa, Leonardo Labrador, and the regional head of Public Health, Ana Lorena Chang, are members of the Board of Directors of the swab company.
It was known that the Sermedic Clinic, registered under the company name A&L MEDIC, SA, which was created in June 2020.
