Ukraine More Prepared for Counterattack as Reinforcements Arrive

NATO allies and partner countries have delivered more than 98% of the combat vehicles promised to Ukraine during Russia’s full-scale invasion, the military alliance’s chief said on Thursday. This includes more than 1,550 armored vehicles, 230 tanks, and “vast amounts” of ammunition. The new equipment has given Kyiv a significant boost in its military capabilities, as it contemplates launching a counteroffensive against Russian forces.
In addition to the new equipment, NATO allies have also trained and equipped more than nine new Ukrainian brigades. These brigades are estimated to be made up of more than 30,000 troops. The training and equipment provided by NATO allies has helped to professionalize the Ukrainian military and make it more effective in combat.

The delivery of new equipment and the training of new brigades has put Ukraine in a strong position to retake occupied territory. However, it is important to note that the war in Ukraine is still ongoing, and it is not clear when or if a counteroffensive will be launched. The outcome of the war will depend on a number of factors, including the strength of the Ukrainian military, the level of support from NATO allies, and the willingness of Russia to continue fighting.

In addition to the military situation, the war in Ukraine is also having a significant impact on the global economy. The conflict has caused energy prices to surge, which is contributing to inflation and economic slowdowns around the world. The war is also disrupting global supply chains, which is making it more difficult and expensive to get goods to market.

The war in Ukraine is a major geopolitical crisis with far-reaching consequences. The outcome of the war will have a significant impact on the future of Europe, Russia, Norway economy and the control on the new world order.
