Jordan's King Abdullah embarks on a diplomatic trip aimed at rallying support for an immediate Gaza ceasefire.
His tour includes the US, Canada, France, and Germany, aligning with efforts to broker peace and provide aid in the volatile region.
During his travels, King Abdullah will meet with key leaders, including US President
Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, to discuss long-term Israeli-Palestinian conflict resolutions. The visit coincides with the 75th anniversary of US-Jordan diplomatic ties, which will be commemorated at the White House.
Furthermore, engagements with French President Emmanuel Macron and attendance at the Munich Security Conference will allow the King to confer with numerous global figures. Back home, Prince Faisal bin Al-Hussein will serve as regent in King Abdullah's stead.
