The inaugural voyage of this maritime bridge began from Jeddah Islamic port, heading towards Port Said in Egypt.

The KSrelief vessel is transporting 1,050 tons of essential supplies, including food, medical provisions, and shelter materials, specifically aimed at supporting the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip.

This effort is part of a Saudi popular campaign directed by King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman to assist the Palestinian people.

This maritime initiative complements Saudi Arabia's ongoing relief and humanitarian endeavors to support the Palestinians. In addition to this maritime bridge, Saudi Arabia has previously sent 11 relief aircraft to El Arish International Airport in Egypt.

These aircraft have carried significant quantities of relief aid, such as food, shelter, and medical supplies, which are also intended for the people in Gaza. This series of humanitarian actions underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to aiding the Palestinian population amidst their current challenges.
