According to Netblocks, Iran's connectivity has reached approximately 86% of its pre-shutdown capacity.
However, internet traffic remains at around 40%, indicating usage is still significantly impacted.
Amir Rashidi, an Iranian cybersecurity analyst, noted that disruptions are widespread, suggesting the shutdown may not be entirely over.
The Iranian government had justified the outage as a military necessity after US and Israeli strikes in February targeted Iran's leadership, leading to further internet restrictions.
