Trump Tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has commenced accepting property purchases through Bitcoin, marking a significant development in the intersection of cryptocurrency and real estate.

Valued at approximately $544 million, the luxury tower will utilize payments facilitated by Deus X Pay, a regulated provider specializing in institutional stablecoin solutions.

This initiative is seen as a transformative step in the authorization, clearing, and settlement of cryptocurrency transactions within the real estate sector.

The acceptance of Bitcoin aligns with a broader trend in the UAE as the country positions itself as a leader in the adoption of digital assets.

Current projections indicate that cryptocurrency utilization in the UAE could see a growth of around 200% this year, underscoring the increasing integration of blockchain technology in various sectors.

Richard Crook, the CEO of Deus X Pay, highlighted that international buyers seek expedited transactions and more flexibility.

He noted that the integration of stablecoins offers a faster and more cost-effective method for acquiring luxury properties while remaining compliant with regulatory frameworks.

The Trump Tower Dubai is being developed by Dar Global, a real estate firm based in Dubai and publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange.

Construction for the luxury project is set to commence in the second quarter of 2025, and the tower will be strategically located near Sheikh Zayed Road, within the highly sought-after Downtown Dubai area.
