According to Sari’, the Houthi air force executed an 'exceptional military operation' on vital Israeli sites in Jaffa with four drones that achieved their objectives.
The military leader asserted that the operations against Israel would persist until the alleged aggressions cease, and the blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
On the same day, the Israeli military announced that it intercepted a projectile launched from Yemen, along with previously intercepting a drone in southern Israel released from Yemen.
Besides the operations targeting Israel, the Houthis have also claimed attacks against U.S. interests, particularly against the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman in the Red Sea.
Through a statement on their defense ministry’s website, the Houthis claimed to have executed five operations against the American carrier in less than a month, culminating in the latest one last Saturday, marking a year since the onset of a U.S.-U.K. air campaign in January 2024 against Yemen.
